The website and free scan
The free scan checks publicly available signals on the URL you submit and produces an informational score. It's provided as-is: it can be wrong, sites change, and a score is not a promise of any business outcome. Only scan stores you own or are authorized to check.
Services
Client engagements (teardowns, builds, monthly plans) are governed by the order or statement of work we agree with you, including scope, pricing, and how we measure the work. Monthly plans are month to month and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
What we don't promise
Nobody controls what an AI model recommends, and we never guarantee rankings, mentions, or specific revenue from any third-party AI system. We deliver the engineering and the scope we agree, in writing, per engagement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms or any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
